At HBCU Access NYC, we are dedicated to raising awareness of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) while creating pathways for underrepresented students in New York City. Through education, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, we aim to empower students with the resources needed to pursue higher education at HBCUs.

Meet Our Founder & CEO
Christian Hill has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth, securing funding, and creating impactful programs that support educational equity. Christian has led strategic initiatives aimed at increasing access to higher education for underrepresented students and championing HBCUs as a viable and transformative path for students. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, community-driven approaches, and measurable outcomes. Christian has raised over $30 million in philanthropic funding over his career, demonstrating expertise in fundraising, public-private partnerships, and organizational development. In addition to his professional achievements, Christian is deeply committed to community service and empowerment. He is an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and 100 Black Men, further reflecting his dedication to creating opportunities and serving as a role model for future generations of leaders.
